The American Spaces Thomas Jefferson Information Center and the National Library of the Philippines jointly conducted a hands-on eLibraryUSA workshop to elevate the knowledge of public librarians to wide array of resources available in the United States. eLibraryUSA is one of the public diplomacy tools of the U.S. Embassy to promote literacy in the Philippines.
