Graduate students from University of the Philippines School
of Library and Information Studies celebrate International Literacy Day at
Thomas Jefferson Information Center. During
their visit, students discussed a library
as a social institution,
selection vs. censorship of library materials, Library
Bill of Rights and the importance of
respecting Intellectual Property Rights.
